Best For

  • Excellent local fit for cave/subterranean massing, terrain integration, privacy, wind response, and panoramic Paros views.
  • The official site lists local villa projects, but portfolio navigation alone does not establish authorship or delivery scope.
  • Better identity clarity than the earlier pass: Ragkousis and Xenakis are both part of S|U|M|A, with Paros offices.

Use caution for

  • Pure external design benchmark without local role

Questions To Ask

  • Ask for visits/dossiers for Eagles' Nest, Dryos Cave Villas, Golden Beach/Tetris, and any recent site-adjacent work.

  • What exact role did your office have on the referenced projects?
  • Which projects are built, visitable, and supported by client or contractor references?
  • Who handles permits, construction documents, site supervision, and contractor coordination?
